Combined Cyclic Tester
Of all the accelerating corrosion test methods, compound type test is the one that is closest to natural conditions.This type of test is conducted in a situation frequently encountered in a natural environment. Factors in the test such as salt smog, hot dry air, humidity, and low temperature are well simulated and controlled during the course of test. The test process may be repeated in sequence to make the test like the one conducted in under real conditions. The items used in the test are the one usually encountering severe environmental changes including automobile parts, aviation parts, construction materials, coated electrical parts and machinery.
1. Microprocessing control device is used to facilitate the setting of temperature, humidity, dryness, cold, inlet of air or gases and submergence. All these factors may be set according to your will and repetition can be set as needed. A maximum setting of 10 Patterns x20 Steps may be programmed in advance.
2. Power outage memory is available and therefore, the unexecuted programs may be continually carried out when power is resumed.
3. It may be connected to computer system by means of RS232 interface and consequently, related data may be controlled and processed accordingly.
4. The defects of weekly cycle may be corrected as it is equipped with automatic debugging and alarming systems as well as the warning signal of salt water storage level.
